If an order is declined after payment, we will issue a full refund.

As Buziki is currently below the Italian VAT registration threshold, VAT is not charged.
Once Buziki becomes VAT-registered, prices and invoices may change accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or external circumstances.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been handed to the carrier.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Some pieces may be customized, produced to order, or sized specifically for the client.
Such pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective (see Return Policy).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Withdrawal

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, available on our website.

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided the item meets eligibility conditions (unworn, undamaged, etc.).

All products sold to consumers in the EU include a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
