Return and Refund Policy

We truly hope your Buziki piece brings you joy. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

 

Eligibility & Timeframe 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible, pieces must be: 

• unworn and unused

• in their original condition with tags intact (if applicable)

• in original packaging

• accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted. 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin, simply email us at buziki.jewelry@gmail.com with: your full name order number the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address. 

*Please note: packages sent back without approval won’t be accepted. 

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Some of our pieces are made especially for you. For this reason, custom, made-to-order, sized, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges 

If you’d like an exchange (for example, a different size or model), just let us know in your request. Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and approved. 

If the new piece is priced higher, we’ll ask you to cover the difference. 

Refunds 

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for banks or card providers to process your refund. 

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

We take great care in preparing your order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (including photos if possible) so we can make it right. 

In these cases, return shipping is on us. 

Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, we cannot accept returns on: custom / made-to-order pieces sale or promotional items gift cards.

EU Right of Withdrawal 

If your order ships within the EU, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. 

The piece must still meet the eligibility standards above.

Final Notes
